سندھ پریس کلب ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کا قیام 2015ء میں آئین پاکستان کے اس عزم کی روشنی میں عمل میں لایا گیا کے پاکستان کے تمام شہری بلا تفریق رنگ نسل زبان مذہب برابر کے شہری ہیں اور سب کو آئین پاکستان تعلیم روزگار صحت اور اظہار آزادی کا مساوی حق دیتا ہی حق کی تجدید و فاق سندھ پریس کلب کے پلیٹ فارم سے ہم صحافیوں کے روزگار صحت اور تعلیم ممکن بنانے کے لیے کوشاں ہیں اور پاکستان کے وفاق تمام اکائیوں میں بسنے والے اردو، انگریزی، سندھی، پنجاب، سرائیکی، بلوچی، براھوی کشمیری، پشتو، گجراتی، برو شکی، بلتی، گلگتی، بھرتی و فارسی زبان و ادب سے وابستہ ہناموں اور روز ناموں کی مرکز جس دائرہ کار آرا جیسے کشمیر پاک پاکستان بھر کے صحافیوں دانشوروں اور ادیبوں کی فلاح و بہبود اور تعلیم و تربیت تک پھیلا ہوا ہے جس میں اخبار کے جمالی پلیٹ فارم پر پرنٹنگ الیکٹرونک میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا شامل ہیں۔

 

The Sindh Press Club Welfare Association was established in 2015 in the light of the commitment of the Constitution of Pakistan that all citizens of Pakistan are equal citizens without distinction of color, race, language, religion, and the Constitution of Pakistan grants everyone equal rights to education, employment, health, and freedom of expression. As a renewal of this right, we are striving to make employment, health, and education possible for journalists through the platform of the Sindh Press Club. It is the center of newspapers and dailies related to Urdu, English, Sindhi, Punjab, Seraiki, Balochi, Brahui Kashmiri, Pashto, Gujarati, Bro Shiki, Balti, Gilgit, Bharti, and Persian languages ​​and literature living in all units of Pakistan. Its scope extends to the welfare, education, and training of journalists, intellectuals, and writers across Kashmir, Pak, Pakistan, including the printing, electronic media, and social media on the beautiful platform of the newspaper.

  2.  بے روز گار صحافیوں کو برسر روزگار کرنے کے لیے آن لائن میڈیا فورم کا استعمال اور فری لانسنگ مارکیٹ میں صحافیوں کو رہنمائی مہیا کریں.
  3. صحافیوں کے لئے سرکاری زمین کا حصول اور رہائش و کمرشل تقاضوں کے مطابق خود کفیل بنانے کی کاوش۔
  4. اشتراک سے ہیلتھ کیئر سینٹر یونٹس کا تمام
  5. مستحق صحافیوں کے علاج معالجے کے لیے پرائیویٹ پارٹنر شپ اور حکومت کے اشتراک سے ہیلتھ یونٹس کاقیام۔
  6. مستحق صحافیوں کو ادویات اور میڈیکل پینل کی فراہمی کے لیے حکومت سندھ کے تعاون و اشتراک سے میڈیکل اینڈ میڈیسن کوریج کی فراہی۔
  7. امن و امان کے قیام اور شہری منصوبہ بندی میں سول سوسائی کے مہیذبانہ کردار کو فروخت دینے کے لیے تشہیر و اشاعت۔
  8. غریب طالب علموں کو نصابی کتب کی ملت فراہی کو یقینی بنتا۔
  9. ضروت مند صحافیوں کو قانونی مشاورت کی فراہمی۔
  10. مستحق خواتین صحافیوں کی مالی امداد میں معاونت۔
  11. لیگل ایڈ اور اولڈ ایج کا قیام۔
  12. خوانداگی و تعلیم کو فروغ دینے کے لیے اسکول کا قیام۔
  13. صحافیوں کے لیے ایمبولینس اور ہسپتال کی سہولت فراہم کرنا-
  14. جذباتی ذہانت کے جدید انداز کو اپناتے ہوئے صحافیوں کی اخلاقی تربیت کا اہتمام کرنا۔
  15. صرف پریس کلب سے وابستہ صحافیوں کو عالمگیر پلیٹ فارم مہیا کرنا۔
  16. خبر کی تصدیق کے بعد اشاعت کو ممکن بناتا۔
  17. صحافیانہ ضابطہ اخلاق کی تعمیل کرتے ہوئے اپنے مسائل کو ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ بات چیت کے ذریعے حل کرنا۔
  18. موجودہ صحافیانہ میڈیا کی عامیانہ زبان کے خلاف جد وجہد اور دوس و دھمکی
    کی لیجے کی حوصلہ شکنی کرتے ہوئے ادب و آداب اور میٹھے لہجے کو پروان چڑھانا۔
  19. زبان وادب کی غلطیوں کو درست کرتے ہوئے اردو سندھی بلوچی پنجابی پشتو نیوز کی رائج لہجے میں تہذیب کو فروغ دینا۔
  20. اخبارات کے مالکان کو اس بات پر قائل کرناکہ وہ کم از کم تخون کا پیکج 40000 لائیں۔
  21. حکومت وقت سے یوٹیلیٹی اسٹور سے صحافیوں کے لیے خصوصی رعایتی ہے کے لیے کاوش کرنے
  22. صحافیوں کے فرائض کے دوران اموات پر لواحقین کو پینشن کی مد میں مناسب رقم کی فراہمی کے لیے اقدامات کرنا اور 20 لاکھ کا فوری حکومتی امداد دلوانا۔
  23. سندھ پریس کلب ٹریننگ انسٹی ٹیوشن کے قیام کے لیے حکومت سندھ اور این جی اوزسے فنڈ کی وصولی کے لئے کوششیں بروئے کار لانا۔
  24. -پاکستان بالخصوص حکومت سندھ کے امیج کو دنیا بھر میں باد قار بنانے کے لیے فلم تیار کر کے بین الا قوامی فورمز پر متعارف کروانا۔
  25. تھیٹر ٹی وی اور فلم سے وابستہ ڈرامہ نگاروں کی تشہیر کے لیے ڈرامہ نگاروں کے شاموں کا اہتمام کرنا
  26. جعلی صحافیوں کے خلاف مہم کا آغاز کرنا۔
  27. ہر ہفتےعظیم صحافیوں کے ساتھ یادگار شاموں کی تقریبات کا انقعاد کرنا۔
  28. شاعروں اور موسیقاروں کو متعارف کرانے کے لیے ماہانہ محفلوں کا انعقاد۔
  29. سندھ پریس کلب عالمی صحافی کانفرنس کا سالانہ انعقاد جس میں پاکستان اور دنیا بھر کے صحافیوں کو مدعو کرتے ہوئے صحافی اصولوں اور زبان و ادب کے بارے میں عوامی شعور کو اجا گر کرنا۔ 
  30. فنون لطیفہ سے وابستہ شخصیات کے حوالے سے سندھ پریس کلب ڈائری کی اشاعت۔
  31. کراچی سے کشمور تک ہر سال تمام اضلاع میں صحافیوں کو ایک پلیٹ فارم پر اکھٹا کرنے کے لیے ہر ایک ضلعے میں صحافی کچہری کا اہتمام۔
  32. حافیوں کو صحافت کے جدید رنگوں سے متعارف کرانے کے لیے بین الاقوامی صحافی ان تنظیموں سے روابط کو استوار کرنے کے لئے جدید سائنسی اصولوں پر کوششیں بروئے کار لانا.
  33. سندھ پریس کلب کی جانب سے مصروف صحافیوں کی تحریروں پر مشتمل کتابوں کی اشاعت کا اہتمام ۔
  34. صحافیوں کو تمام شہروں کے پریس کلبز کو سندھ کلب کے دائرے میں شامل کرنا۔
  35. جرائد و اخبارات کے لیے ڈکلریشن اور اے بی سی کے حصول میں قانونی معاونت کی فراہمی –
  36. پاکستان کی طرف سے صحافیوں کو بین الاقوامی جرنلسٹ سیمینار میں شرکت
    کے لیے حکومت پاکستان اور حکومت سندھ سے تعاون و اشتراک کی اپیل کرنا۔
  37. صحافت کے فرسودہ نصاب کو تبدیل کرتے ہوئے عملی صحافت میں کام کرنے والے صحافیوں سے خبر، رپورٹ، فیچر، انٹرویو کالم وغیرہ کے بارے میں نصابی کتب تیار کرنے کے لیے کوششیں۔
  38. بلیک میلنگ صحافت کی حوصلہ شکنی کرنا۔
  39. ٹیم ورک کے ساتھ مل جل کر صحافیوں کے مسائل کے لیے آواز اٹھانا۔
  40. حکومت حزب اختلاف کی سیاسی خبروں کے ساتھ تعلیم صحت معیشت سائنس اور کھیل کی خبروں کو بھی نمایاں اہمیت دینے کے لیے کوشاں رہنا۔
  41. صحافت کا دائرہ شہروں سے پھیلا کر گاؤں دیہات کو وسیع کرنا۔
  42. فوٹوگرافرز کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے حکومتی سطح پر مذاکرات کرنا۔
  43. اخبارات میں غلطیوں پر قابو پانے کے لیے پروف ریڈنگ کے شعبے کو پروان چڑھانا ۔
  44. خبروں اشتہارات سپلیمنٹ اور کالمز وغیرہ کا ترجمہ کرنے والے ٹرانسلیٹر کو مرکزی
    میں لانے کے لیے کوششیں بروئے کار لانا۔
  45. جعلی خبروں میں ملوث پائے جانے والے صحافیوں کا لائسنس کینسل کرانے کی کاوشیں کرنا۔
  46. حکومت پاکستان اور حکومت سندھ کے ساتھ مل کر تعمیراتی کاموں کے بارے میں عوامی شعور کو بلند کرنے کے لئے گورنمنٹ جر نلسٹ فارس کا قیام ۔
  47. سندھ پریس کلب شکایت سیل کا قیام۔
  48. عوامی مسائل سے حکومت کو آگاہ کرنے کے لیے ضلع ،تعلقہ، تحصیل کی سطح پر جنرلسٹ ورکرز فورس کا قیام۔
  49. پاکستان میں تمام ثقافتوں اور زبانوں کے احترام کے لیے سندھ پریس کلب میں ہر ایک پاکستانی شہری کو شامل کرنا۔
  50. سندھ حکومت کے ایمیج کو بہتر بنانے کے لئے سرکاری ملکوں کی کاوشوں کا شعور اجاگر کرتے۔
  51. پورے سندھ میں صحافیوں کے تحفظ اور ظلم کے خلاف آواز اٹھانا ۔

The main points of our manifesto include the following issues

  1. Efforts to secure accreditation cards and health cards for journalists from the Sindh government and the federal government, as these are basic rights of every journalist and writer.
  2. Helping unemployed journalists find work through online media forums and guiding them in the freelancing market.
  3. Working to provide government land for journalists to help them become self-sufficient in housing and commercial needs.
  4. Setting up healthcare center units through collaboration.
  5. Establishing health units for deserving journalists through public–private partnerships.
  6. Providing medicine and medical coverage to deserving journalists with the support of the Sindh government.
  7. Promoting awareness to strengthen the role of civil society in maintaining peace and improving urban planning.
  8. Ensuring the provision of textbooks to poor students.
  9. Providing legal consultation to journalists in need.
  10. Assisting deserving women journalists with financial support.
  11. Setting up legal aid and old-age support services.
  12. Establishing schools to promote literacy and education.
  13. Providing ambulance and hospital facilities for journalists.
  14. Arranging training for journalists on ethics by adopting modern emotional-intelligence practices.
  15. Providing a global platform exclusively for journalists associated with the press club.
  16. Ensuring publication only after proper verification of news.
  17. Encouraging journalists to resolve their issues through dialogue while following journalistic ethics.
  18. Opposing vulgar or threatening language in the media and promoting politeness, respect, and refined speech.
  19. Correcting language and literature errors to promote cultural refinement in Urdu, Sindhi, Balochi, Punjabi, and Pashto news styles.
  20. Convincing newspaper owners to set a minimum salary package of 40,000 rupees.
  21. Working with the government to secure special discounts for journalists at utility stores.
  22. Taking steps to provide financial support to families of journalists who die during duty and ensuring immediate government aid of 2 million rupees.
  23. Securing funds from the Sindh government and NGOs for the establishment of the Sindh Press Club Training Institution.
  24. Producing a film to showcase the image of Pakistan, especially Sindh, on international forums.
  25. Organizing evenings to highlight the work of playwrights associated with theater, TV, and film.
  26. Launching a campaign against fake journalists.
  27. Organizing weekly tribute evenings with notable journalists.
  28. Holding monthly gatherings to introduce poets and musicians.
  29. Organizing the annual Sindh Press Club International Journalists’ Conference with journalists from Pakistan and around the world to promote awareness of journalistic principles and literature.
  30. Publishing the Sindh Press Club Diary featuring personalities from arts and culture.
  31. Arranging district-level journalist gatherings each year from Karachi to Kashmore to unite journalists on one platform.
  32. Establishing international relations using modern scientific methods to expose journalists to global journalism trends.
  33. Arranging the publication of books written by busy journalists through the Sindh Press Club.
  34. Including all city press clubs within the Sindh Press Club network.
  35. Providing legal assistance for obtaining declarations and ABC certification for newspapers and magazines.
  36. Requesting support from the federal and Sindh governments to send journalists to international journalism seminars.
  37. Updating outdated journalism syllabi and preparing practical journalism textbooks—such as for news, reports, features, interviews, and columns—with the help of working journalists.
  38. Discouraging blackmail journalism.
  39. Raising a collective voice for journalists’ issues through teamwork.
  40. Giving equal importance to news on education, health, economy, science, and sports along with political news from the government and opposition.
  41. Expanding journalism beyond cities to villages and rural areas.
  42. Holding negotiations with the government for the welfare of photographers.
  43. Promoting proofreading departments to reduce errors in newspapers.
  44. Working to bring translators of news, ads, supplements, and columns into the mainstream.
  45. Taking action to cancel the licenses of journalists involved in fake news.
  46. Establishing a Government Journalist Force to raise public awareness about development projects in collaboration with the federal and Sindh governments.
  47. Setting up the Sindh Press Club Complaint Cell.
  48. Forming Journalist Workers Forces at district, taluka, and tehsil levels to inform the government about public issues.
  49. Including people of all cultures and languages in the Sindh Press Club to promote respect across Pakistan.
  50. Highlighting government efforts to improve the Sindh government’s image.
  51. Raising a strong voice for the protection of journalists and against injustice throughout Sindh.
